If you think that the content is being hosted in the UK then you should report it to the Internet Watch Foundation.
The IWF and Police work in partnership with the hosting service provider to remove the content as soon as possible. The police may seek to bring criminal charges against the person responsible for the content.
If it is not located in the UK then the IWF cannot act, but you can contact the hosting ISP and lodge a complaint under their Acceptable Use Policy. If the content infringes their policies they might consider removing it.
