e-shopping & auctions > e-shopping > The product I ordered never arrived
Do you live somewhere that often has problems with people finding your letter box or door?
Is your home often empty when carriers try to deliver?
Could it be delayed due bank holidays, coming from abroad, or industrial action?
- Check with your retailer
- Is the address he has for you correct?
- Does the retailer have a tracking number they can check?
If you are unable to trace the item then you should ask for and receive a refund or replacement product.
The seller is responsible for the product until it arrives. The seller should claim the loss from the carrier. You cannot make a claim on the carrier because the contract is between the carrier and the seller, and not between the carrier and you.
