Also, if you read the terms and conditions you will find that there is often a clause relating to delayed deliveries.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the trader has up to 30 days to deliver the goods. However, if you specified a date that the item must arrive and the order was accepted with that date - then you would be entitled to a refund.
