e-shopping & auctions > e-shopping > I returned a faulty product but the seller didn't refund the original postage costs.

If a product bought from a business trader is faulty, then a seller has to pay the postage for you to return the item. When they refund the cost of the item it should also include your original postage cost.

You are entitled to a full refund when you return a faulty product
