e-shopping & auctions > e-shopping > I ordered a product online but when it arrived it was not the same one as advertised.
I know it sounded great but looks awful. If you received an item that is not as advertised or been misdescribed then you are entitled to a refund. Unless the retailer had specified that if the product wasn't available they would provide a substitute. Example; florists often substitute bouquets if the local florist filling the order doesn't have the right flowers.
In addition when you buy online you have extra rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
