If you don't recognise a company on your credit card statement - it doesn't mean it is fraud.

You could have bought something from a company that has a different trading name from the one which appears on the credit card statement.

Many companies also use a broker to process payments, in which case the broker's name will appear on your statement. This is very common when buying products which are downloaded, such as software.

Check your receipts and invoices to see if one matches the exact same amount of money, time and date.

If you think it is a fraudulent transaction then you should contact your credit card company.
