When a company goes bankrupt they appoint a receiver to administrate the affairs.
If your order was being processed and the item was already clearly identified for you (eg. labelled ready for dispatch) the receivers should make sure that the order is honoured and you receive your goods.
If this isn't the case you will then you will need to register a claim with the receivers. Unfortunately, it may take some time and you may get only a small proportion of your money back.

If you paid by credit card an the item cost £100- £30,000 for the product using a credit card, then the card company has equal liability and you can claim your money back from them.
