A retailer cannot have a no refund policy.

It is a criminal offence for an online shop to advertise a 'no refund' policy unless it also tells you that this does not affect your statutory rights. If you do come across a site with one, you should report them to your local Trading Standards.

This is because as a consumer you have statutory rights and as an online consumer you may have extra rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
